Missouri rules regulating those businesses that collect sales tax went into effect on February 1, 2007
These rules require any business who collects sales tax to apply for a No Sales Tax Due certificate from the Department of Revenue. This does have an impact on those who receive a food service permit in Barry County. Before food service permits can be issued the certificate will have be submitted to the health department. WIC Changes Effective May 1, 2008
Effective May 1, 2008 the WIC program will implement changes in the food packages. These changes will impact the brands and types of cereals and juices that will qualify for purchase with the WIC vouchers.

A:
Every year in the United States on average:
* 5% to 20% of the population gets the flu every year
* More than 200,000 are hospitalized with complications
* Greater than 20,000 of those are less than 5yr of age
* And about 36,000 die from influenza complications

During your child-bearing years, not just with a pregnancy, women should consume 400 micrograms/day of Folate. This is the natural form found in foods such as dry beans, peas, & leafy green vegetables. Folic Acid is found in enriched cereals, bread, flour, pastas and rice. The reason being it may help prevent birth defects very early in pregnancy.
